The space

Viewpoint Villas Rawai, a stunning estate perched on a small hill close to Nai Harn beach. Nestled between mountains to the north and the sea to the east, this haven offers spacious terraces and two infinity pools in a tranquil setting.

Both, the Treetop and Hillside Villa are spacious two-story homes, each accommodating up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and a living room. Still, the Treetop Villa is a much larger building, offering 30 square meter bedrooms plus bathrooms and an 170 square meter large living room. You can open all terrace doors in the living room at this amazing eco friendly longhouse design and let a refreshing breeze flow throughout the entire floor. It feels like being outside, staying inside this amazing outpost.

Located on the ground floor of the Treetop Villa is a cozy apartment that sleeps 2+2 guests, complete with 1 bedroom. If needed, we can set up a small double bed in the living room.

Our main residence, a charming grass-roofed house, is located nearby, ensuring we are always available to assist you with any questions.

Your ESTATE includes:

1) Treetop Villa

Up to 4 Guests / 2 Bedrooms

Spanning 170 sqm, this villa features a huge living room with a stunning 270° view that can be fully opened. You can catch the wind or prevent it from blowing in. Please note that it is important to close the doors before a storm hits the house!
The second level below has 2 spacious 30 sqm bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One bedroom with king size bed and one bedroom with twin beds.
Total living area: 260 sqm.

2) Hillside Villa

Up to 4 Guests / 2 Bedrooms

This complementary house, completed in January 2025, is smaller yet very cozy. It boasts a 70 sqm living room and kitchen area on the ground floor. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms both with king size beds and 2 private bathrooms, along with terraces.
Area including the infinity pool and terraces: 260 sqm.

3) Apartment

Up to 4 Guests / 1 Bedroom

Located on the ground floor of the Treetop Villa, this 90 sqm apartment features a large living room and equally large bedroom with king size bed plus kitchenette and bathroom.
The living room can be fitted with a small double for maximum 12 guests.
Area including the infinity pool and terraces: 140 sqm.

• The total area of the estate is approximately 660 sqm, plus a driveway and parking space for three cars.
• Our villas and apartment are set on a hillside, providing breathtaking views. While the road is very steep, it is accessible by car or motorcycle.
• Car rentals are available at the airport and close to our estate, making it easy for you to explore all that Phuket has to offer. Enjoy your stay!
• You can easily rent cars at the airport or find options for car and scooter rentals near our property. Once you have mobility, you’ll be able to explore the beautiful island of Phuket.
• Close by you find Min‘s Club Phuket. You can rent online and they will deliver your scooter’s to you at Viewpoint Villas Rawai.

The views from our Treetop Villa and Apartment are stunning! On clear days, you can see all the way to Phi Phi Island and enjoy a glimpse of the sea. Our elevated location provides a refreshing breeze and a cooler environment compared to the valley below, ensuring pleasant temperatures, especially in the afternoon shade.

Few places in Phuket offer such a lush, picturesque setting surrounded by nature, rolling hills, and a gentle breeze like our villas do.

For your convenience, you should be comfortable driving a scooter or car and possess a valid driving license. To reach our home, you’ll need to navigate a short but steep hill. Although restaurants and shopping areas are within walking distance, the lack of pedestrian walkways means walking back up can be a workout! Car rentals start at approximately 1,200 Baht per day, while scooters are available for around 250 Baht per day nearby. Many rental shops even offer delivery of your vehicle directly to our estate.

Nai Harn is a charming community located in southern Phuket, with Chalong Bay, Rawai, and Nai Harn Beaches just a 5-minute drive away. Kata and Karon beaches are only 10 minutes away. You’ll also find an array of fantastic restaurants nearby, serving both delicious Thai and international cuisine.

Our maid services are offered twice a week, and she’ll clean the rooms preferably while you are out. Towels are changed frequently, and bed sheets are replaced weekly.
