On a hill near beautiful Nai Harn beach, surrounded by mountains to the north and the sea to the east, this large 140 sqm apartment including two terraces and private infinity pool is located in a quiet area. With tropical surrounding and small sea view with the Phi Phi Islands in the distance. With great views and a cool breeze, this luxury apartment comes with lush garden and amazing sunrises. You find the apartment on the ground floor of our Treetop Villa with its own private entrance.

The space
The apartment is part of our Rawai Viewpoint Villas estate featuring three villas. Two of the villas and the apartment are for rent and in one villa we are staying, never being far away to help and answer your questions.
Our villas with the apartment are located on a small hill, offering great views. The road to the house is quite steep, but you can drive up the road by car or motorcycle.

- You can rent a scooter near our house @ Min’s Club. Once you be mobile you can explore Rawai and Naiharn.
The view here is amazing. With good visibility you can see as far as Phi Phi Island including a bit of sea view. On our elevated location you get plenty of fresh air. You will never find it here as hot as down in the valley. Beautiful temperature with shade from the afternoon on.
Not many places in Phuket offer such a green, beautiful view, surrounded by nature, rolling hills and a cooling breeze like our villa.
You should be able to drive a scooter or car comfortably and have a international driving license. To get to our house you need to drive up a short but steep hill. Though restaurants and shopping area are in walking distance there not many pedestrian walkways and our hill is hard exercise should you walk. You can rent a car already for about 1,200 Baht/day near our house or the airport. Scooters for rent you can also find close by, starting from about 250 Baht per day. Most shops deliver your scooter or car to our house too.
Nai Harn is a small community in the south of Phuket island. Chalong Bay, Rawai and Nai Harn Beaches are just 5 minutes away by car or motorcycle. Kata and Karon beaches are only a 10 minutes’ drive away. Some of the best restaurants in Phuket are close by, with great Thai food and many restaurants with international food.
The apartment is suitable for singles and couples (honeymooners). The apartment is not for friends who are looking for separate rooms or want to bring girls home.
You can use the outdoor stove for cooking small meals. Please note that it is a gas cooker and will not work when it is windy or raining.
Above your apartment rooms is our treetop villa, where we may also host guests. Please treat each other with respect and keep noise to a minimum.
Our maid comes a couple of times a week and can clean the apartment when you are outside. Towels are changed frequently. Bed sheets we change once a week.

You are welcome to explore the premises. Please use the pool and gym with care to avoid accidents. Motorcycle or car can be parked at the driveway.
We recommend that you be able to drive a scooter, which you can rent from outside for about 250 Baht/day or a car which you can rent at the airport, for as little as 1,200 Baht/day. To walk our hill is good exercise and restaurants, shopping or beaches are not really in walking distance. You should be mobile to avoid expensive taxi rides.
Other things to note
The apartment is very suitable for singles and couples. It is however not suitable for example for 2 adult males who are looking for girls. Ladies visits are not allowed!
